White Rose FSC Hosted the Richard Swenning Seminar on May 1st and September 19th, 2010
Both seminars were well attended as Richard gave our skaters lots of valuable information they can use in everyday training.
Seminar topics included:

Refinement and polish (posture, feet, line, correct skating positions, presentation)
